Peter’s journey in communications led him to Unify during the Covid-19 pandemic, where he stepped in after Tarsus, the previous Tier 2 distributor, exited the market. In response, Peter founded Giraffe & Co (Pty) Ltd to take over Unify’s distribution. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, Giraffe & Co has successfully grown Unify’s presence, particularly in South Africa and across Africa. Peter sees immense potential in Africa’s rapidly growing young workforce, which he believes is key to the future of digital communications. Giraffe & Co is poised to seize this opportunity with a strong team committed to expanding the Mitel-Unify brand across the continent.
